Opinions are valued, and there’s a real emphasis on collaboration - at the same time there is a data driven focus to ensure we are making the right decisions. You can tell people genuinely care about the work and each other.

As the title states, your commissions aren't secured upon signature. Read the comp plan and run it by an attorney to be sure you fully understand.
