My first year at Toolio as the VP of Customer Success has been incredibly rewarding. As the title states, your commissions aren't secured upon signature. Read the comp plan and run it by an attorney to be sure you fully understand. There are a litany of other things that I won't list (I've made the CEO aware of the many glaring concerns), except one. I saw a 7-figure quota for one person for one quarter.
