Can make good money in software sales if you know the space well

Terrible sales leadership puports micromanagement at its core. A military style approach never bodes well in a small start up where agility and flexibility are key. Most, if not all, employees are secretly miserable and the insane customer and employee turn over rate proves that. Lower than average salary with lack luster benefits do nothing to help.
