Customers expected you to have a "tradie" type of knowledge - utterly ridiculous, let's face it, if you had tradie knowledge, you wouldn't be working in a shop. Store dirty and untidy (TS low cost approach = no cleaners). Staff room grey and miserable. Poor quality I.T system/tills. Very cold in the winter because TS require open doors. Very hot and humid in the summer. 8 months of the year = screeching seagulls all day. Ludicrous click and collect policy without staff numbers to make it work properly. Store open longer hours than really necessary.
