I worked at Toothlife Studio for about 3 years and learned a lot during my time there. The practice really focuses on patient care and education, so you’re constantly learning and improving your clinical skills. It’s not a “do the bare minimum” type of office the team genuinely cares about doing things properly and explaining things to patients. The office itself is new and organized, and you get exposure to newer technology and different approaches to dentistry. Hygiene instruments are always new, technology and equipment are upkept, and the office is super clean and tidy. The little things don't get overlooked

It can be a busy, high-expectation workplace. The standards are high for treatment planning with hygiene patients, especially if you’re used to a slower or more traditional dental office. There are also a lot of systems and processes to follow, which can take some time to get used to when you first start, but then make it really simple once it's part of your day-to-day. They really weren't cons to me and pros, but I can see someone coming from a disorganized practice coming here and feeling like it might be a new shift.
