Toxic Environment, Poor Management, & All Sense of Dignity Gone - Recensione dipendente - Ecommerce Account Coordinator presso Top-Line Furniture

I have never worked someplace that was so toxic and terrible! Each work day I would come into the office scared and anxious for my livelihood and overall well being. This feeling would linger when I was off the clock, causing me to lose sleep and leaving my anxiety on a perpetual high. The management team was not supportive, and I spent many hours in therapy trying to work through the anxiety and imposter syndrome that stemmed from working at this company. Employees are treated poorly: no trash can in the lunchroom, no training, cameras all over the place/in workstations to spy on employees, and on more than one occasion I have witnessed management YELLING at employees, stripping away all sense if dignity. I would not wish my worst enemy to work here.
