It was really great helping customers achieve their running goals. You have to maintain a lot of knowledge regarding products in the store and current running trends and it's rewarding imparting that knowledge to runners.

It's retail, and there are always customers who think they can be rude because they have never worked a customer service position. People will come in who don't care about running or what shoe is best for them, they want to shop based on color which is super frustrating.
