Supe response (and quick to respond!), always supportive, answers any and all questions, friendly, tries to get everyone to engage by asking ice breakers, and acknowledges our positive reviews from clients. - You get to choose which resumes you want to do off of a resume board instead of resumes being assigned to you. - No set schedule. You get to work on your own time and you choose your hours - No micromanaging - Everyone (CEO all the way down to my peers) is so friendly

- The biggest elephant in the room is that not every client pays!! And it’s SO frustrating. You put in all this labor with nothing to show for it. Unless you’re a senior writer. - For the more extensive resumes (pages on pages with a ton of information on them) the amount of hours you put in for resume, you’re not getting much money if you break it up into hourly pay. - Seems like not a lot of people are senior writers. Those services don’t get picked up as quickly as the ones non-senior writers do. So sometimes there’s no jobs for non-senior writers but a ton of jobs just sitting around for the senior writers to pick up.
