Executive staff lacks leadership skills. If you accept an offer from this company you can expect to work late nights, weekends, holidays, paid time off and unpaid time off. The leadership is completely disorganized. Plan on receiving late night emails and have your job threatened on a regular basis. CEO is a psychopath. He has admitted to killing animals, will berate you for mistakes from other team, retaliate if take you vacation, and the worse s being sued for sexual harassment. He has created a very toxic work environment. CFO is a jerk - straight. If you end of working for the marketing team be prepared for weak, inexperienced leadership. You spend more time in the project management tool proving you are working than actually work. No strategy, no planning, leadership will take credit for your successful ideas and blame you for their bad ideas. There was a cascade of resignations and firings from the marketing department in Q1 - ask why!
