Incredibly smart and hard-working senior leadership team that truly cares about its employees. The company is writing the playbook on how to adapt and provide for its employees in a post-COVID world. Supporting the Anderson family, who do so much for the local LA community, brings meaning to each day of work.

Topa is currently going through a transformation, so there is an all-hands-on-deck approach to work, which requires more than a conventional 40-hour week. However, this up-front legwork is setting up for a long-term and sustainable future.

You will gain good work experience with using different systems and definitely become a self-starter.

Management does not respect their subordinates. It is an "us" and "them" mentality. You will not be trained on anything so you have to fumble through everything to learn. Management barely acknowledges the employees and one manager will keep interrupting you while you are presenting a new process as to try and throw you off. This company will terminate an employee at the drop of a hat. One senior manager even tests his new employees by asking them how many times they have called their first line manager while on vacation at their "three month" mark to ensure they are not being too needy. Some managers do not take accountability for their own responsibilities and pass the buck. This makes the management seem unapproachable. Beware of this management style and make sure to be very self-sufficient should you accept a position with this company.
