      - very little reward for long term employees - They hire internationals, but unless you have UK citizenship - there is no future for you in the company - low pay (industry standard) but no tips

      Hello and thanks for your review! As a global company we always strive to provide opportunities to work in other aspects of the business where possible. However, we are bound by international visa regulations that dictate the right to work in certain countries. For our European trip leaders, this does mean that a valid UK passport or working visa is required.       Great lifestyle for the right individual. See the country and meet amazing people along the way. If you enjoy living out of a suitcase and have the stamina to work for weeks at a time this is the job for you.

      Excellent opportunities for travel. Great co-workers who train you well.

      Unless you're caucasian, there really is no opportunity for advancement. Did not see one single minority represented among Trip Leaders. Co-workers were more welcoming than managers. They claim they hire a diverse staff. What you actually see remains to be questioned.
