Woke and nice - Recensione dipendente - Head of Strategy presso Topl

Topl does a very good job of fostering growth and skill development for its employees.

The small size of Topl means that their employees must be very versatile to adapt and willing to speak up when they see issues that should be addressed.

There is great flexibility working at Topl, their approach to the virtual office especially around working remotely and asynchronous communication is really well done! I appreciate the culture which is always uplifting but not afraid to provide good feedback even if the feedback can be painful in the moment. I love working with my coworkers as they are all highly intelligent and knowledgable about the blockchain space. Working for a mission-oriented company has been an amazing experience and motivates me to come into work every day! In addition, they have invested into me as an engineer, and I have learned so much about blockchain technologies and the Dart coding language since joining around 6 months ago.

This is not a con per se but I wish that Topl was more engaged via community involvement and service in the local areas. I believe that most of this has been due to a lack of opportunity since the pandemic but I believe that they are receptive to this type of feedback and I hope to see more outreach in the future!
