There is no pros. They are always feeding employees with biscuits.

Management want people who can do work with out open mouth. So Step 1: they will call candidates for interview very nicely. Once candidates come for interview these people don't no how to treat them. Step 2: once candidates selected they will take original marks card. Then they start play. Step 3: team managers are waste, I don't no how god given birth to these Step 4: slowly torture employees by team managers. Step 5: employees try to go out of company but management won't allow them. They tell that 'you need to pay three months of salary's ' . So employee keep calm. Step 6: employees waiting till one year. They start giving resignation. Management won't accept that resignation even after one year. Employee get furstrated. Step7: employees asks team manager why my resignation not accepted. They tell that your performance is not good ect . Step 8: after one and half year they release you. Step 9: when you get any other job with this company experience , at the time of background verification, management Tel that , this candidate behaviour is not good. My suggestion is : 1) Friends don't give your certificates to any company. 2) nothing in this company I was watched each and everything very closely 3) I was seen few reviews those are good. But I am telling that those reviews are written by management. Don't believe those. Please don't go for interview for this company. Tho tho tho
