A company that constantly reviews reports and figures. Really poor pay and staff are driven by comission.Have to work Long hours through the week and you have to work most Saturdays and Sundays. Made to feel bad if you take any longer that 15 mins on your dinner break! Difficult to book time off. No forklifts on site so you have to handball all goods. Manager would come in most days and say ohh so much to do and not enough time. Then sit down write a joblist and proceed to waste the day looking at reports!!!?? Just an idea get up and crack on with the jobs!!!
