There is a clear disconnect between what is best for the children and the decisions being made at a management/company level. Staffing levels are consistently low, which puts unnecessary pressure on employees and impacts the standard of care. This is made worse by a high turnover of staff, meaning there is little consistency for the children or the team. Management shows little genuine care or support for staff, and both employees and children can feel like numbers rather than individuals. Concerns are often overlooked, and there is a lack of meaningful action to address ongoing issues.
