Therefore, Haldor Topsoe products are top of the line and state of the art. It is a great company and environment in which to learn and gain experience.

But, it is not likely the right company if you're looking for significant advancement. Since the change-over of top management in 2013 following the passing of the company's founder, Haldor Topsoe, the management style has shifted from being employee-focused and products/service-driven to being money-focused and fear-driven. This is unfortunate because the new management style has taken the enjoyment and teamwork out of the job and replaced it with dredgery, micromanagement, and distrust.
