4yThank you for your open and honest feedback - it's something we cherish at Topstep. You're correct: we do care about our team's well-being. And you're also correct: right-sizing our headcount (for the sake of accuracy, we had to say goodbye to 9 teammates, not 12) while working remotely was one of the hardest things I've ever done. I tried to do it with empathy and understanding. I hope you can appreciate my accountability is the continued health and growth of Topstep, so saying goodbye was hard, but necessary. I believe Topstep is now better positioned to rebuild in this new, unchartered, post-COVID economy. Once again, I appreciate your post.
