You are at the mercy of recruiting to get to management. Get to management and your pretty much set. You have to want it or you won't make it. The beginning stages is kinda a cattle call and only the cream of the crop will make it to management cause most will give up. LOA-law of averages. To much work for the pay at times and no vacation or PTO but understand why.
