Friendly environment. Family owned business, very understanding of scheduling changes.

Highly stressful due to under staffing issues

Job itself is great, on time bonus, extra pay on weekends, lots of instances where food is brought in, pizza every Saturday.

No praise on how well you are doing, employees are known to slack off after being brought to attention by management and nothing is done, NO sick time, building is old and falling apart, never felt job security.
