- extremely hostile environment... cant make mistakes - terrible onboarding and no support system at all.... once you join the company they just put you in a BIG project and expect you to understand everything instantly.... usually other companies will give you a minimum of a few weeks to learn the ins and outs but not this one - over-time is EXPECTED from this company with no compensation for it so if you like to be exploited then this is perfect for you - you will be stressed every day of your life from tight deadlines if you stay here.... my hair and beard grew gray hairs just from a few months here.... - expect to be fired if you cant perform even though they already set you up for failure from their terrible onboarding and lack of support - no sense of community at all..... you will feel like a lone wolf even with a small team of 3 product managers.... no one ever talks to each other because of how busy we all - upper management does not care about you or your well being.... all they care about is if you can produce like a robot (and used like one) and if not....then off to the burner you go
