- Because it's a high volume dealership, it feels chaotic at times.
This place isn't going to be your dream place to be, neither you are going to work here until you are ready to retire, but this is the best place to start your career with, the best thing is the owner is involved in day to day business and you get to learn a lot. The company does have its own challenges but if you are ready to learn the owners and managers are very eager to teach aswell. Also they have a huge inventory so makes selling a car little easier.
