That's what they want from you. - They say they're using AI when it’s ACTUAL people, ACTUAL HUMAN BEINGS doing all the work and responding to you as a robot! - There have been about five rounds of layoffs, with some people getting fired on their FIRST DAY. - The micromanagement is absolutely insane. - They treat their clients like crap too. - The workload is insane and completely unreasonable. - There’s no support or appreciation for the work you do. - They make promises they never keep. - The work environment is toxic and soul-crushing. - Employees are constantly overworked and undervalued. - They have no regard for your personal life or well-being. - Your mental health will suffer because of the constant pressure and lack of respect. - They expect you to be on call all the time, with no consideration for your time. - The turnover rate is ridiculously high because people can't stand working there. - There's zero opportunity for growth or advancement. - They belittle your efforts. Even the CEO says that if you need motivation from your leaders, you shouldn't be there. - The company culture is non-existent, and morale is always low. - You’ll be left feeling exhausted and demoralized every single day.
