Everything about this job was awful which is why the company closed down!.The management, which is so disorganised and just about knows what there doing. The bully of a fleet manager, who clearly has no life and does nothing but dig dirt about people at silly hours in the morning. The CEO clearly doesn’t know what’s going on, let alone cares about her employees. No matter if you are good at the job, they will always find the worst in you, use this against you to then fire you and take all of your money. It’s a repetitive cycle, fire the staff then get new staff, so they do not have to give you a pay rise! Stay far away from this company!
