      If you’re good and can handle tasks and so then well, you become exploited. I did the job of 5 people and was laughed at when I wanted more money.

      Very supportive team. As long as you work hard you get noticed. Busy most days, makes the time go by fast. Room for growth. Management is good in my area.

      Svantaggi

      Starting vacation is 2 weeks PTO after first full year. Then 3 weeks after your 5th year. Finally 4 weeks after 15 years. I’d like to see 3/4/5, that would be more fair. Also every warehouse has different customers. So there is no set procedures across the board.
