Very high attrition and turn over, very low employee retention. Unstable culture, people getting fired without explanation or reason. Dark management and leadership style, very Minnesota nice, talk nicely to you, then talk about you and others behind your back. Execs are not equipped with the skills or support necessary to grow a business, let alone a fast moving software company. Troubled product, lack of vision for where the product should go.
