The administration and ownership are all people who care about the mission of helping students to make progress. The teachers are all compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable teachers. Individualized programs for different students, not a one-size-fits-all approach. The work is meaningful, and the owners do everything they can to compensate employees fairly. A great learning opportunity for teachers to learn desirable methods for teaching literacy, exam prep, and executive function/study skills Many of the staff have experienced learning struggles themselves, so they have a lot of empathy for students and families

Reasonable limits based on the size of the business: -Limited hours based on when students are free to do tutoring -Pay is average, but lower than finding clients privately -Workload can vary based on season and staffing needs, can sometimes get a bit hectic

The staff is wonderful. It is a small group but the people there, are like family. I've never felt so useful at any job. They know when to give you a boost of confidence and know how to give constructive criticism without making you feel inferior. From other reviews I read here, there had been some toxicity in the past but the trouble makers are long gone and I am excited to get up and go to work each day. There is so much support among the staff. Everyone there is willing to help each other when they can. Pay is great! Dr. Carol Utay is great at seeing the potential and worth in an employee and will pay accordingly. The children are amazing. It's so great to be able to get to know them and their families and to be able to watch them grow in every way. I'm so glad I chose this place. I plan on sticking around for a long time.

Due to it being a small company, full time work is hard to give out (for now). The more we grow the more that will change.
