No real cons or complaints

The people I worked with in my division were great. I loved working with them. Always paid on time, great benefits, and vacation time.

Toxic work culture. Upper management would make promises and then change their mind on a dime. They preached a certain culture, but upper management would do as they pleased, making it impossible for workers to stick to it. Promised bonuses also don't come through all the time.
