I worked with Touchpoint in a pediatric hospital, and was always thoroughly impressed with the pride everyone took in their jobs, always adhering to the hospitality standards one would want for their own child in a hospital.

My amazing supervisor was there for years and was promised raise after raise, never getting it because they clearly needed her where she was at. Climbing rungs at Touchpoint takes years and years and years...beyond what it should.

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
