-Benefits -Work life balance -Working as Cafe Supervisor you get weekends off -Easy Money, but they will start you at bare minimum even if you already have years of supervisor experience. Not worth working with this company.

-took 3 years to get to a decent pay -mngt kept scheduling us for 37 hours instead of the full 40hrs -Saint Josephs Hospital director was constantly going back on her word -job security is not there -team work is not there, if you are a hard worker, then you will be the only one working -CEO & COO of the company I saw one time the entire time I was there. A non-diverse corporate team - not looking to promote within.

After adjusting for inflation, my raise was a paltry <0.2%. I was told that was actually"very good." This was before it was announced that Touchpoint hit record profits. They also committed flagrant violations of labor law by telling us we weren't allowed to discuss salary amongst each other. Management was very poor during my time there. Lack of clinical knowledge and support made critical staffing periods much harder. We felt micromanaged when everyone was just trying their best. If you stood up for yourself or had a different idea, it was shot down. The morale was low and many people left for better opportunities. KPIs are a waste of time.
