I cannot think of a single con with working here. Management really listens and cares for its people. If there is a problem, just have to let a manager know about it.

The management team rolls up their sleeves and tackles any task at hand with a solutions oriented mindset. It's the best place to learn, grow and be compensated fairly.

In the past I would have said that a growth point for Touchase is to be more effective with roles and responsibilities regarding hand-off between departments. Today, I feel strongly that is quickly becoming an increasing strength. Communication of rolls and responsibility is clear and resource is available to help guide the way.
