-Kids are so awesome and fun -Great co-workers -free gym membership -flexible with your schedule -decent pay

-sometimes as an assistant coach theres not a ton to do -need more female coaches

- coworkers are all pretty chill, patrons can be friendly

- some patrons can be confrontational due to their massive ego - despite having a union vote across 4 gyms, touchstone is appealing the NLRB decision and attempting to prevent us from organizing. They've engaged in unethical ethical labor practices, refuse to meet at the bargaining table, and union busting practices.
