- If you are looking for a normal corporate type job, depending on the role, this might not be the best fit for you. You can work longer hours depending on what projects need. That being said, you will never work more than the founders, which makes it easy to work hard - Things can seem disorganized at times - that being said this is a startup, if you did not expect that then I do not know what to tell you.

I absolutely love working for TH. Employees are based across the world which allows you to make connections that you may have never made otherwise. Very creative, intelligent, and driven staff. Everyone is very hands on and communicative, including all three founders. Working hours flexibility, generous PTO, and no-cost health insurance (USA).

The typical start up downsides - long hours during big “pushes”, average to slight below average salary (but benefits compensate for this, in my opinion).
