      Have a points system, if you are late, leave early or call out, miss a punch and don't take a lunch. at 18 points you are fired, no questions asked. it takes 9 months for points to fall off

In regards to your noted con, please know if at anytime you have concerns related to a point you may have received, we encourage you to talk with your manager or to an HR Business Partner. Managers have the ability to review the situation to determine if a point is or is not appropriate.
