Cover-ups, character assassinations, perception driven rather than data driven. Efficiency is replaced with dynamic initiative changes on a dime. Projects initiated get dropped halfway so you spend most of your time starting over in a new direction or initiative. Training and learning opportunities not possible due to lack of money and time. Meetings are unstructured and chaotic.
