Have no complaints about this company. Even after being forced to lay some of us off. They still gave us 2 weeks severance pay and assisted us on getting new jobs

The new CEO and leadership team don’t seem to understand what it’s like for the people actually doing the work and they don't care anyways. They make big choices without asking others, and it feels like they don’t listen. Plans change a lot, and staff are expected to keep up without asking questions and if they decide they don't need you, they won't think twice about getting rid of you. Staff give feedback, but the CEO doesn't want to hear from anyone unless they agree with him.
