Smoke and mirrors drive this company. Management there is very bloated and are mostly focused on growing their company influence and power, trying to take credit for all company successes and pointing fingers for everything else. Hardened departmental silos have resulted, making communication throughout company next to impossible. Employees spend most of their time weaving around disorganization, red-tape and roadblocks created by company politics, causing many projects to take 3-4 times longer than necessary and even fail. Project management have tried to adopt agile processes and have failed due to stake-holders who want to control projects with no accountability to themselves. Expect to never move up in this company unless you forego your personal life and play yes man with the right executives.
