      My supervisor and co-workers are good people. The lab is also relatively new, which is very nice.

      Reckless salesmen who don't first check to see what capacity the Reservoir Analysis Lab can handle before cutting deals with their clients; hiring managers who greatly expand the sales and field collection teams but don't properly staff the lab to make sure the new influx of work can be handled in a timely fashion. Oops?

      Management is comprised of who was in the right place at the right time instead of who truly is qualified and capable. Some top leaders are catty and play favorites which is completely unprofessional. You cannot trust anyone, they smile in your face and bad mouth you behind your back. Pay isn’t competitive with other companies. Work is disproportionate, some people have way too much to do and others are barely ever busy. Unprofessional behavior is tolerated, those who say anything about it beware. Managers are not honest and upfront with employees so you will not really know where you stand. The lack of transparency and honesty is truly appalling. On the surface, the company looks great, but is rampant with inefficiencies, unprofessional behavior and favoritism.
