Wonderful management, employees, everyone works well together and helps each other out from all departments

Nothing off the top of my head

There are really no pros unless they’re someone you like, which that’s not how jobs work. If you stay to yourself in Vernon AL location they will let you go even though you cause zero problems and do everything they say to.

You can do your all and give your all it’s not good enough You are replaceable, they have their “click” and if you don’t fit in with them they will fire you. You can do the job you were trained to do and they will lie and say you’re not catching on even though you’re the one doing it. They hardly train you and when they try to they have no clue how to. I personally have health issues to where I can eat their food they cook every other day and that makes them angry and was even told if I don’t start eating their food and participating in their meal get together I would be let go. They claim to be Christians but are extremely racist in the office. They will make fun of you for being quiet but when you find out the type of people that are in the office, you will not want to be associated with them.
