We aren’t missing our numbers, which they tell us at every all hands, because of the market or political conditions, we are missing our numbers because of a complete decimation of culture from the top. Who came in and ruined culture with his attacking style? Who, in spite of saving they wanted us to be the best in the business, hired worn out retreads to lead our most critical teams - sales and customer service?
