No clear progression, levelling up or personal development offered Not competitive with salary Struggling financially as a company No diversity at the senior level or on the the board No work/life balance and working extra hours is not recognised you are just expected to deliver more even when you've gone above and beyond They talk about wanted to improve their standing with how their employee experience is, but they're making the same mistakes over again but with new management CEO does not have a clear direction for the company - always looking to leadership for business objectives and direction and it was not forthcoming Unable to retain existing business Seen as unapproachable by customers and communications with customers are often argumentative Not trying to be open and approachable internally or externally Lead by individuals who want to create an exclusive culture rather than inclusive

They had been flexible allowing working from home, although the policy on this was changing to demand attending the office 2 days per week.

Overall my experience at Track24 left me low on motivation, confidence and hugely frustrated at the blame culture and lack of accountable senior leadership that caused so many good people to leave in my relatively short time at the company. It is being led by a small clique of self-important and under-qualified 'chiefs' with old fashioned, overly corporate approaches. The most positive attribute I can really credit them with is their impressive self-preservation, unfortunately at the expense of everyone else. Added to this no real benefits and a constant high turnover of staff, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Not really any pros to work here. The current management forces you into the office, micro manages you, and sets unrealistic expectations of goals.

Everything you can think of that makes a company not good, Track 24 does it. Also, underpays you on top of it. Do not work here.

Since this Glassdoor review was published, we have taken the feedback on board and reflected carefully on the points raised.
