Willing to work things out. Constant creative strategy Constant team players They take care of their employees and do not treat us like we are disposable. They care about everyone's input and are constantly doing what they can to make a better work environment and stay up to date on trends in our business. The open door style is nice. I have not worked with a more professional and equally understanding team.

There are a lot of meetings... had to put a con... there aren't many becaue if there is a problem they work together to find a solution. Really is a great team.

This company treats itself like a family in many ways. We also have a lot of freedoms that many other companies do not allow. We celebrate success together and it really makes coming to work in a comfortable environment enjoyable.

There really aren't too many cons about this company. I've noticed in general there seems to be a good attitude from many of the employees I've spoken with and if there are any complaints it can be chalked up to just having a "bad day" overall.
