the pay is not fair, and everyone is underpaid. They do not care about employees, they fire people on their birthdays or while on PTO, and don't reward people for good work. Management does not know the products, the industry or the clients, and makes little effort to create any culture. the company has zero culture.

You will work with people who really value collaboration and cross functionality is not really an issue here, which is great the people you work with are great.

I feel that with the most recent leadership transition in the C suite, there has been a lack of transparency and limited communication around key developments. One example is that several employees were let go just days prior to a town hall, yet it seemed to be handled with little acknowledgment or discussion.
