Great community atmosphere and fun work environment

The employee discount is pretty weak

The people are serious about the sport, there’s an unspoken fluency in the building that’s hard to find anywhere else, and nobody blinks when you slip out for a lunch run. There’s a quiet pride in contributing to something the running community has genuinely earned its trust in.

The compensation falls short. Hard to reconcile the premium positioning on the outside with what lands in your bank account. The deeper frustration is direction. Priorities shift without context, communication breaks down at the moments it matters most, and there are stretches where it’s genuinely unclear what the company is running toward.
