This structure does push many key decisions to the team closest to the problem, and for some, this can feel overwhelming. Lastly, we are sorry to hear that you feel our culture has elements of toxic positivity. We value a positive work environment and strive to ensure that our employees feel supported and valued. We do fully anonymous eNPS on a regular basis and we continue to see improvements in our employee satisfaction.
