      Little short handed in some places but that has a lot to do with the low unemployment rate here in Utah.

      Traco has a policy where we are always hiring by looking for the right type of people to add to our staff. Good employees are very difficult to find when the unemployment rate is 3.2 percent in our county. But we’ll keep at it...!

      Thank you for your commentary. As a company we always have to set goals in order to achieve them. It’s best to put a stake in the ground as a benchmark then measure our progress against that benchmark. Amazing results have happened since using these metrics to measure our performance. 11 straight months of surpassing our goals with one month the best in 33 years. Thanks to our dedicated Associates for driving our company to new heights each day!
