Thank you for your commentary. As a company we always have to set goals in order to achieve them. It’s best to put a stake in the ground as a benchmark then measure our progress against that benchmark. Amazing results have happened since using these metrics to measure our performance. 11 straight months of surpassing our goals with one month the best in 33 years. Thanks to our dedicated Associates for driving our company to new heights each day!

When you’re in business for 35 years you see just about everything with your Associates (employees) over time. In very few cases the Associate is just not a good fit. When that takes place, some hard decisions need to be made to protect the best interests of the rest of the 100+ employees and the Company. Many Associates have worked at Traco for over 10 years, some for over 15 years, and some for over 20 years. Traco is a great place to work if you do your job and can get along with others you work with. Traco takes great pride in trying to make sure “all” of our Associates are happy and their needs are met. Hence, the longevity and tenure of most of our Associates. We wish that were the case for “all” of our Associates and that we didn’t have to dismiss anyone EVER. Sometimes that’s just not possible like in any business. That’s unfortunate! We wish nothing but the best for this individual in their professional endeavors moving forward!
