Challenging SaaS market dynamics in the past few years

The underlying AI is truly cutting edge. More importantly, the way it's delivered and productized has the clear potential to radically improve experiences in a typically upsetting time (accident or natural disaster). I was really driven by Tractable's mission! The team that they put together around this mission was also fantastic. Folks were across the board collaborative and had an unwavering get-it-done mentality. No worries about politics - just a lean/driven team working towards a clear achievable mission together. I really enjoyed the experience. Never before did I have such an opportunity to help push an entire industry forward!

The company has high expectations for every role. If you're looking for a cushy gig - this would not be a good place for you. If you're looking to grow and solve lots of interesting challenges, they give you the latitude and tools to get there. Also, a big mission also comes with big challenges! If you're trying to push an entire industry forward and help them to modernize, there's definitely going to be people who have a vested interest in seeing the company/solution fail.
