Hostile and toxic environment. The job requires of trainer perform multiple workouts per day in scorching heat without proper compensation and /or management support. Not enough paid vacation time . The opportunities for growth are very few and are based on TA’s favouritism , not equally available for everyone. Management and HR often times seemed to be unqualified.
