No pros are their only cons . If you can deal with high level of politics and reasy to go into depression only in this case join the company. All the Hr only listen to manager and they treat the executive level employee as they dont exist. Managers play a dirty game . So dont join this company . 2 months notice period All the positive reviews you are seeing here is a big trap they forced empoyee to give good rating . The increment is low.
