Free swag, free food, not much else.

There is constant change to the app and dealers are getting really sick of it but you bare the brunt and bring them food in hopes it's all better. They say they are revolutionary but so many other companies already existed to have dealers buy and sell their cars in an online auction, nothing new. Went to training for 4 days 1/2 days. Free trip to Carmel but no real info given. Training is a joke, really you learn everything in the field. Trainer supposedly has 15 years sales experience but evident she no training experience. If you want a sales job, avoid this company. Their words and actions do not match and they absolutely do not care about their people! They throw money at their people and their customers to keep them happy. That business model is not sustaining.
