This company sells you on the "koolaid" idea that they're accountable and honest to you and will help you with your career, but that's not true. I worked for a number of years for this place and in my time in the Engineering department, I had no proper management, no guidance, no 1 on 1's with my manager. I had to change managers due to internal changes and the new manager created a personal vendetta to remove me from the company. My performance reviews were above expectations, I had no prior warnings, and no performance issues, but since he was clicky with the senior leadership team, he was able to force me out without doing his job. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY - THEY WILL CHEW YOU UP AND SPIT YOU OUT.
